Medullary sinusesThese are vessel-shaped spaces and are also known as sinusoids. They keep the medullary cords separated and are constituted by histiocytes (macrophages that cannot move) and reticular cells.
Medullary cordsThese are cords of lymphatic tissue that are made up of plasma cells macrophages and B cells.
